Lynda Irvine combines a 20-year background in upstream, midstream and oilfield service human resources with highly specialized expertise in strategic consulting, organizational development, leadership coaching and compensation-plan design. Most recently, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Cameron LNG and Eagle Rock Energy Partners. At FairfieldNodal, she is instrumental in executing strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring that individual, team, and corporate values are aligned. She helps to ensure that the company's HR practices, programs, and culture attract, reward, and retain the best talent.

Irvine holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of St. Thomas and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist University.
